Founder & Director, Sara Henrichs

Half French and half German, Sara has more than 11 years experience working in the international luxury industry as travel editor for Wallpaper* magazine. During this time, Sara was part of the founding editorial team of the Wallpaper* City Guide series. She also launched the highly respected Wallpaper* Best Urban Business Hotels award. Sara has written for the Guardian/Observer and Departures, and co-edited a website on brilliant things about Britain in collaboration with Mulberry. She studied fashion design and started her career at Jil Sander in Hamburg and Hermès in Paris.

After globetrotting in style, Sara launched Henrichs, her own brand of reflective designs to enable safer, savvier outdoor travel, for adults, children and dogs.

 


Nicola

Creative Director, Nicola Neophyou-Kyriakides

Half Cypriot, half Irish, Nicola started her career at Wallpaper* magazine, where she was nominated for Best Young Designer of the Year by IPC Media. She moved on to art direct for other high-end monthly publications, including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Elle Collections. She also worked for the Observer and the Sunday Telegraph’s Stella magazine. Additionally, she gained experience within fashion retail art directing for leading luxury brands such as Liberty, Selfridges, Asos, as well as working for Net-a-Porter, Matches, Hobbs and Triumph lingerie. Nicola designed the Henrichs logo and is art directing the brand. We couldn’t have done it without her support.

Audrey

Business & Strategy Director, Audrey Lang

French-born Audrey Lang is Business Masters graduate with more than 14 years experience in digital strategy and business, and content production. She has headed digital teams on major TV shows, such as X Factor, Britain's Got Talent and the Apprentice, and has led digital partnerships with consumer brands such as L'Oréal, TalkTalk and Samsung. With a keen eye for costs and a sharp focus on customers and audiences, she loves working with creative and entrepreneurial people and conveying her passion for creation. She is also involved in various start-up projects, and is a business mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation. Audrey has been advising Henrichs from the start and we wouldn't exist without her. Rachael

Editorial Director, Rachael Moloney

Rachael is an editor and editorial consultant. Her work has covered travel, design, the arts and food. From 2006 to 2014, she edited Wallpaper* magazine’s City Guide series, published by Phaidon Press - a tightly curated, design-led tour of the globe. She has also freelanced for travel and style magazines, including Nowness, Departures, Vogue and The Sunday Times. An urban girl through and through, she's all about navigating a city with flair, and we are thrilled to have her as our Editorial Director.
