Shipping & Returns
A couple of shipping options are available. Simply select Standard or Tracked and Signed delivery at checkout. All orders ship directly from our studio in London. A summary of shipping options appears below:
UK // 3-5 working days
- Royal Mail Standard 1st Class - no tracking - £3.50 ( 3-5 working days)
- Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For 1st Class - £4.50 ( 3-5 working days)
Europe // 3-10 days
Europe- Royal Mail Standard -no tracking - £4.90
Europe- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - £8.90
- Shipping out next working day day when order is placed before noon PST
- All orders are subject to local sales tax
- All orders are sent Royal Mail International
- Saturday/sunday delivery is not available
Rest of the Worldwide // 5-10 days
- International Royal Mail- no tracking - £5.05
- International Royal Mail - Tracked & Signed - £10.50
If you have a shipping address that is outside of the EU import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority.
* Working days: Henrichs can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an Express order on Saturday your order will be dispatched on the next working day which is Monday.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange.
All returns and exchanges should be kept in the original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn.
When returning items to us, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

Henrichs will cover delivery cost for a like-for-like exchange and if the product has a fault. Please note that we won’t sadly be able to cover the delivery cost for full refunds. Please accept our apologies.
